Romaine & Partners, K.K. (RPKK) is an Executive Search firm who sought to modernize their Internet presence.  We analyzed their original website and uncovered areas in need of improvement, including incorrect use of text embedded in images, search-engine unfriendly design, and lack of separation of content from structure.  These issues made finding and managing information throughout the site difficult for both the client and their customers, and we felt the experience could be better.

We proposed that as an exclusive search firm who relies on face-to-face communication and a strong image, RPKK needed to improve four key factors on their website.  These were a) navigation, b) discoverability, c) accessibility, and d) authenticity.  By letting these factors guide the new design of RPKK’s website, clients and candidates would feel compelled to communicate directly.

RPKK asked us to implement a complete redesign of their website, which has led to top search rankings and a happy client.
